Michael W. Pearson

President

Michael (Mike) Pearson, a Colorado native, brings over 35 years of business experience and more than 20 years of real estate investing expertise to Ashdon Property Management. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Mike has successfully launched and managed multiple companies, each built on the vision of delivering superior service and value. Ashdon Property Management began as a way to manage his own real estate portfolio, and has since grown to offer the same level of dedicated service to other property owners. His deep understanding of investor needs, paired with his engineering-based approach to problem-solving and efficiency, ensures clients receive the highest standards of trust, reliability, and value.

For Ashley N. Lucero, real estate is more than transactions—it’s about legacy, resilience, and creating lasting security for others. As the Co-Founder and Vice President of Ashdon Property Management, Ashley oversees a $65M+ real estate portfolio, delivering concierge-level service that transforms property ownership into a seamless, stress-free experience. But her journey in real estate isn’t just about business—it’s about honoring the past, building stability for the future, and helping others do the same.

Ashley’s path began at just 19 years old, when she turned to real estate as a way to create security in a world where nothing is guaranteed. After experiencing the devastating loss of her brother, Corporal Brandon Pearson, a 3/5 Marine who made the ultimate sacrifice in Afghanistan, she realized that life’s uncertainties demand action. His passing became the catalyst for her mission: to build something lasting, to create security where there was none, and to help others do the same. What started as a personal mission to build financial resilience soon evolved into a passion for helping others create their own stability, success, and generational wealth through real estate investing and management.

She and her father, Mike Pearson, built Ashdon Property Management as a family-led venture, named in honor of both Ashley and Brandon—a daily reminder of the values they stand for: integrity, trust, and service. Today, she carries that same mission forward, working alongside property owners and investors to ensure their portfolios thrive while preserving the human connection often lost in real estate. For Ashley, this isn’t just business—it’s a calling.

Beyond her work in real estate, Ashley is a two-time international best-selling author, co-authoring Property Management Mastery: Practical Tools & Strategies for Success and Laugh & Learn: 50 Rental Mistakes You’ll Laugh (or Cry) About Later alongside her father. She is also a proud supporter and donor to organizations like Darkhorse Angels Foundation, which was created in her brother’s memory to assist veterans and service members transitioning back to civilian life. Her commitment to family, service, and leadership extends beyond business, influencing every aspect of her work and life.

Above all, Ashley is a devoted mother of two and a loving wife. She resides in Colorado, balancing the fast-paced world of real estate with the values that drive her—family first, service always, and a relentless commitment to making a lasting impact.
