However, they can still occur. Which is why we offer our Eviction Protection Plan, an add-on service which provides property owners with financial protection against eviction-related costs. This plan is an optional add-on that covers up to $2,000 in eviction expenses (excluding attorney fees), offering peace of mind and financial security.
